Our client is also a growing leader in the field of infection control for hospitals.
To accompany the very strong growth of our client’s healthcare division, we are currently seeking a full time field sales support administrator to provide back office support for our Field Sales team.
Job Description
Responsibilities / Duties include: Manage accounts receivable Manage accounts payable Order management : receipt & acknowledgment, entry into invoicing system, negotiation of shipping rates with carriers and/or brokers, dispatch instructions to warehouse for handling & shipping; ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner. Attend US tradeshows and congresses. Traveling within the US may be required.
Qualifications
