Innovativ Pharma is looking for a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep to educate, promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to physicians and other healthcare providers. This role involves managing a territory, building relationships with patient groups and clinics, and working closely with management to achieve sales goals.
Base pay range
$89,870.00/yr - $120,640.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
- Customer focus and build positive relationships – penetrate large accounts and identify key decision makers.
- Develop and execute a territory plan with goals and resource allocation.
- Gain formulary acceptance with managed care accounts.
- Apply scientific understanding of clinical papers to consultative selling.
- Support customers with business needs and market/ sell vertical products.
Requirements
- Some sales experience and/or abilities; consultative selling experience preferred.
- Ability to work remotely and use Zoom.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Target health professionals to maximize sales growth.
- Possess effective selling skills and product knowledge to influence prescribing behavior.
- Analyze territory information to optimize routing and achieve sales results.
- Use sales tools, resources and supporting analysis to plan activity.
- Develop and execute plans to maximize selling resources.
- Pre-call plan to match HCP needs.
- Leverage data and customer knowledge to build discussions around HCP and patient needs.
- Commit to continuous learning and professional development.
- Act in compliance with all company regulations, policies and procedures.
