Job Title: Brand Director

Location: 500 Charles Ewing Blvd, Ewing, NJ 08628

Work Model: Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday–Thursday; Remote Monday & Friday)

Employment Type: Contract (up to 1 year)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: Open to market rates

Requirements

  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred
  • 12+ years total marketing business experience (CPG, OTC, Cosmetics)
  • Proven success in category analysis
  • Experience with P&L analysis
  • Strong understanding of common consumer marketing research tools and techniques
  • Well-developed expertise across all areas of marketing
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and mentor talent

Responsibilities

  • Oversee alignment of strategic and tactical operations across a complex brand portfolio
  • Support P&L responsibilities and long-term business strategies to drive sustained top- and bottom-line growth
  • Anticipate market conditions and modify brand strategies based on customer, consumer, and competitive dynamics
  • Gain organizational support and senior-level buy-in for brand initiatives
  • Drive cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives in support of brand strategy
  • Interpret data and market insights to identify new opportunities with significant business impact
  • Build and lead high-functioning brand teams and collaborate effectively across functions
