Our client, a leading real estate investment platform are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its legal team.
This is a newly created role designed to support continued growth across a diverse commercial real estate portfolio. The attorney will independently manage transactions from start to finish, with a strong focus on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and joint ventures with development partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead CRE transactions end-to-end, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and joint ventures
- Draft and negotiate PSAs and related transactional documents
- Partner with internal stakeholders on deal structuring and execution
- Support a broad range of commercial real estate asset classes
- Manage outside counsel as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- Ability to run deals independently with minimal supervision
- Strong business acumen and comfort operating in a lean environment
- Law firm or in-house background considered
- Licensed to practice law in the U.S.
