Guiding customers in mobile and internet setup using various tools. Upselling additional products while maximizing customer opportunities. Required Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent Experience 2+ years in sales or customer service Skills & Abilities Strong English communication skills Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask Sales skills like analysis, objection handling, pitching, and closing Ability to work while seated for prolonged periods of time and work independently in a group environment. Customer complaint resolution while managing back-to-back calls Proficiency with computers and software applications Knowledge of office procedures, policies, and troubleshooting Preferred Qualifications Confidentiality and problem-solving under pressure Knowledge of cable/telephony industry and services Familiarity with residential product details
