High End Insurance Sales Agency Looking for Top Tier Salespeople
We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel without extensive oversight. Who We Are NOT Looking For:
Agents desperate to make money Agents unable to purchase their own leads Agents needing hand-holding at every step Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month) Uncoachable agents with a large ego Who We ARE Looking For:
Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering products like high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA. We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies. All sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums. We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with more skilled agents.
