High End Insurance Sales Agency Hiring Top Tier Salespeople
We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel without needing hand-holding. Who We Are NOT Looking For:
Agents who are desperate to make money Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads Agents who need constant guidance Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month) Uncoachable agents with a big ego Who We ARE Looking For:
Competent communicators who speak well Agents comfortable with high premiums (average over $250/month) Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities). We are not your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom, across the US. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums. We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
