We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently. Who We Are NOT Looking For:
Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads Agents who need hand-holding at every step Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month) Uncoachable agents with a large ego Who We ARE Looking For:
Competent communicators who speak well Agents comfortable discussing high premiums (average over $250/month) Agents who are ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We operate exclusively through virtual sales via phone or Zoom, serving clients across the US. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales. We do not participate in lead assist programs, but offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
