We are looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently. Who We Are NOT Looking For:
Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads Agents who require hand-holding at every step Cheap agents selling policies for $30-70/month Uncoachable individuals with a large ego Who We ARE Looking For:
Competent, articulate agents who communicate effectively Agents comfortable with high premiums, averaging over $250/month Agents who are self-motivated and ready to follow a proven system Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities). We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000. We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding and need more agents. Please respect our time and ours; we value efficiency and professionalism.
