High-End Insurance Sales Agency Seeking Top-Tier Salespeople
We are looking for self-motivated, self-managed sales professionals who excel independently and do not require hand-holding.
Who We Are NOT Looking For:
Agents who are desperate to make money
Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads
Agents who need guidance at every step
Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
Agents who are uncoachable or have a large ego
Who We ARE Looking For:
Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills
Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
Self-motivated agents ready to follow an established, successful system
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).
We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom.
Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.
We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
