Responsibilities
Handle inquiry calls and assist with scheduling assessments or triage.
Ensure assessments by qualified professionals and screen for emergencies.
Perform comprehensive assessments and coordinate care with clinical teams.
Explain treatment plans to patients and families to foster acceptance and adherence.
Manage administrative tasks related to admissions and insurance precertification.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field with relevant licensure (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, IMFT, RN).
Valid driver’s license, good MVR, and proof of insurance if using own vehicle.
Proficiency in typing and keyboard use.
CPR and CPI certification within 30 days of hire.
Experience in psychiatric healthcare preferred, with strong assessment skills.
