Overview
Will be responsible for driving project completion and site acquisition of small cells. Tracking vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated, conforming to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies. Will be required to work in Fuze. Manage project purchase orders. Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties and project team. MUST HAVE SKILLS
Experience in SMALL CELL REAL ESTATE. This includes enhanced knowledge of ROW Agreements and Municipal Consents. This is NOT a construction-based role. Ability to communicate across functional groups including RF, Engineering and Implementation. Knowledge of zoning hearing process and procedures. Can efficiently work multiple projects at once; does not get overwhelmed w/ volume. Has computer skills and can identify ways to make process improvements. Team player with interpersonal skills, who has a positive attitude. Proactive in communications and very organized. DESIRED SKILLS
Experience in working with attorneys. Ability to read and understand real estate contract language. FUZE SPM and PO module expertise. Program management experience in a complex multi-project and multi-geography environment. Seniority level
