Order Management Specialist (Entry Level)

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and process customer orders (EDI, email, fax) with accuracy.
- Prepare release documents/BOLs and issue invoices after shipments.
- Upload and maintain EDI/GDSN data; troubleshoot basic EDI issues.
- Track inventory levels and assist logistics with shipment updates and allocation needs.
- Communicate with customers regarding order discrepancies, delays, and general questions; maintain accurate CRM records.
- Report issues to management and support continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to interpret written instructions, technical documents, and order data.
- Clear communication skills and strong problem-solving ability.
- Professional, adaptable, and able to work with multiple teams.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
- Compensation: $40,000-45,000 annually
- Employment Type: Direct Hire
