We are eagerly seeking a talented full‑time real estate acquisitions specialist to join our real estate team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results‑oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Responsibilities

Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction

Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed

Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed

Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales

Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research

Speak daily with property owners to

analyze motivation, condition, and timeline

Lead structured acquisition conversations to determine if a deal makes sense—for both sides

Present clear, honest purchase offers aligned with company criteria

Follow up relentlessly and professionally until a clear outcome is reached

Take ownership of your pipeline— you are responsible for movement, not excuses

Accurately document conversations, numbers, and next steps in the CRM

Evaluate feedback from leadership and

apply coaching to improve conversion and performance

Collaborate with dispositions and leadership to ensure clean handoffs and strong deal quality

Qualifications

Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed

Over 1 year of experience as a real‑estate specialist in real‑estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred

Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
