Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries related to financial services, accounts, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Polish
Provide detailed information on products, account management, and investment options
Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and service-related inquiries
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for high customer satisfaction
Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer support processes and services
Stay informed about fintech trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice to customers
Requirements
Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is a plus
Experience in customer service, preferably within the FinTech or financial services sector
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly
Proficient problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and financial software is desirable
Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary
