Lateral Attorney (Partner), Real Estate Transactions & Litigation

The lateral partner will contribute both in fee generation and firm leadership. Compensation will be directly tied to the book of business. The lateral partner will be expected to lead matters, mentor others, contribute to firm strategy, and further expand the HOA / community association practice.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
Business development and book maintenance/growth (HOAs, condominium associations, developers, property management companies, investors) Matter leadership and practice – Serve as counsel on complex litigation, transactional and advisory matters within the community association/HOA/real estate space Contribute to strategic planning of the firm Accountable for profitability, ensure timely billing, collections, and revenue recognition Qualifications & Experience:
J.D.; active bar admission Substantial experience (8+ years) in HOA/community association law/real estate litigation/transactions, or a related field Strong reputation in the community association/real estate/litigation market
