Showroom Assistant – Dallas, TX (Part‑time, 20 hours/week)
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our showroom team in Dallas. This entry‑level, part‑time position offers the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service, drive sales, and support the team in meeting and exceeding targets.
Base pay:
$19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Actively sell the complete Farrow & Ball product assortment and close sales, including client follow‑up
Proactively sell the colour consultancy service and provide accurate colour advice
Maintain the Farrow & Ball image to the highest standards, ensuring showroom, stockroom, and displays are neat and tidy at all times
Deliver the highest level of customer service, serving customers courteously, professionally, and handling complaints efficiently
Assist with stock management, ensuring timely deliveries and shop‑floor replenishment
Process cash and credit transactions accurately and handle customer refunds
Assist or carry out other duties during periods of high workload, sickness, holidays, and emergencies
Key Attributes
Exceptional communication skills
Proven sales and customer satisfaction record
Ability to work in a high‑paced environment and multitask
IT literate
Technical knowledge of paint and wallpaper is desirable
