Role Description
This is a Full-Time on-site role for a Licensed Customer Service Representative located in Hatfield, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, policy changes, certificates of insurance, and resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, assisting with policy questions, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction
Ability to ensure a high-quality Customer Experience and maintain strong client relationships
Exceptional communication and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in using customer management software and technology (Vertafore QQ Catalyst a plus)
Possession of a valid PA Property/Casualty Insurance license
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
