Job Description
Location: North Norman, OK – right off the interstate
Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
A growing insurance agency is looking for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping business owners and solving problems. This role supports our commercial clients with policy service, coverage questions, certificates, and account management. We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
Compensation
$45,000 – $55,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Service commercial insurance accounts
Issue certificates of insurance
Process policy changes and endorsements
Review renewals and assist with remarketing when needed
Communicate with underwriters and carriers
Provide excellent customer service to business clients
Requirements
Commercial insurance experience preferred
Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Strong organization and communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Detail-oriented and organized
Problem solverPositive attitude with clients
Comfortable working with systems and documentation
