Location: North Norman, OK – right off the interstate
Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We are looking for a highly organized Marketing Manager / Executive Assistant to support our growing insurance agency. This position helps manage marketing initiatives, assist with agency operations, and support leadership with day-to-day tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, marketing, and helping a business grow.
Compensation
$16 – $21 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Assist with marketing campaigns and social media
Support agency leadership with administrative tasks
Help coordinate client communications and outreach
Manage calendars, follow-ups, and internal organization
Assist with marketing projects and promotions
Requirements
Marketing, communications, or administrative experience preferred
Strong organization and attention to detail
Comfortable with technology and social media platforms
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
