This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you’re not yet licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses with full agency support.
Role Overview As an Account Manager, you’ll be a key driver of the agency’s growth and client experience. You’ll consult with customers, deliver tailored insurance solutions, and uncover opportunities that expand our book of business. This role is ideal for someone confident in sales conversations who thrives in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Grow the Book of Business:
Proactively market and sell insurance products to warm and cold prospects.
Client Consultation:
Conduct thorough policy reviews and recommend personalized coverage options.
Build and Maintain Relationships:
Foster long‑term client connections that enhance retention and generate referrals.
Deliver Outstanding Service:
Address customer needs with professionalism, accuracy, and a solutions‑first mindset.
Team Collaboration:
Partner with agency leadership to exceed sales and production targets.
Qualifications
A strong sales mindset with a proven record of achieving or surpassing goals.
Experience in insurance sales, account management, or financial services preferred.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
Confidence in handling objections and guiding clients through coverage decisions.
Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).
