The Role

High-impact, "hunter" sales position

Responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities in staffing and BPO/PEO service lines

Own entire sales cycle: prospecting, territory strategy, execution, and client onboarding

Key Responsibilities

New Business Acquisition: Generate and close new opportunities to meet/exceed quotas

Strategic Planning: Manage pipeline with Salesforce; develop long-term sales strategies

Consultative Selling: Present executive summaries to C‑suite stakeholders and articulate ROI

Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitive threats

Client Stewardship: Manage renewal proposals and ensure service accuracy and efficiency

Global Collaboration: Participate in monthly consulting meetings and travel for events/conferences

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Hunter Drive: Self‑motivated closer with proven revenue growth

Negotiation Excellence: Influence stakeholders, navigate complex B2B sales

Strategic Thinking: Analyze data and market trends to adjust strategies

Professional Integrity: Uphold ethics, confidentiality, and performance standards

Operational Agility: Proficient in CRM (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience & Requirements

Minimum 2 years progressive B2B sales in Payroll, HCM, PEO, or BPO (intangible sales)

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience/certifications

Valid, non-restrictive driver's license and passport for occasional international travel

Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
