About the Team The

Gas Business Unit

of Den Hartogh Logistics delivers

integrated supply chain solutions

for

liquefied and cryogenic gases

worldwide. Operating with

state-of-the-art equipment , specialized drivers, and strong local customer relationships, the team focuses on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. Within the Commercial team, collaboration between

Sales, Operations, and Customer Service

is key. The Inside Sales role acts as an essential commercial link, ensuring customer needs are translated into efficient and competitive logistics solutions.

About the Role As

Inside Sales

for the

Business Unit Gas , you play a key role in driving

customer centricity and commercial excellence . You support the growth ambitions of the Gas BU by ensuring fast, accurate, and professional commercial support for both new and existing customers. You combine

commercial insight, geographical knowledge, and operational understanding

to develop optimal routes, pricing, and logistics solutions. Through proactive customer engagement and structured follow‑up, you contribute directly to pipeline development and successful deal closure.

Supports local business development

initiatives in Houston and conducts regular customer visit. Reports to the Commercial Manager, with direct line management to the General Manager Americas.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, translating commercial opportunities into

effective and competitive gas logistics solutions .

Prepare and manage

accurate, timely quotations , ensuring consistent follow‑up and alignment with commercial KPIs.

Support the Commercial Manager with

regional account development , including straightforward contract renewals and customer expansions.

Coordinate and optimize

routes, pricing, and supply chain solutions

in close cooperation with Operations, in line with Den Hartogh Gas procedures.

Collect and analyze

market and commercial intelligence , while maintaining accurate administration in

Salesforce (CRM)

and related commercial documentation.

The ideal candidate

A relevant degree and/or experience in

Sales, Logistics or Supply Chain .

Strong administrative and organizational skills, with hands‑on experience in

Salesforce CRM

and

Microsoft Office .

Fluent in

business-level English ;

Spanish proficiency

is a strong advantage.

Results-driven and proactive , able to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced, international environment.

A

clear communicator and team player , with a structured, accurate, and customer‑focused mindset, comfortable handling complex commercial topics.
