Job Summary Power Of Fitness is seeking a professional and detail-oriented
Intake Specialist
to manage new client inquiries, intake documentation, and initial coordination. This full-time hybrid role serves as a key point of contact for prospective and existing clients, ensuring accurate information collection and a smooth onboarding experience in a fast‑paced fitness and wellness environment.
Responsibilities
Receive and process new client inquiries via phone, email, and online forms
Collect and verify client information, goals, and required documentation
Schedule consultations, assessments, and follow‑up appointments
Enter and maintain accurate intake records in internal systems
Communicate clearly with clients regarding next steps and expectations
Coordinate with sales, coaching, and operations teams
Follow up on incomplete intake forms or missing information
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in intake, customer service, administrative, or call center roles preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM systems
Ability to multitask and manage multiple intakes simultaneously
Organized, reliable, and professional demeanor
