R34241**Position Description:**The Marketing Strategy Manager is responsible for driving and supporting marketing strategies and analytics for the Tire Pros franchise network. This role develops and maintains marketing dashboards and systems, monitors campaign performance, and streamlines workflows to enhance team productivity. The position requires strong analytical skills, marketing expertise, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, vendor partners, and franchisees, to deliver measurable improvements in marketing performance.**Key Responsibilities*** Design, implement, and refine marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and franchise goals.* Analyze marketing data and KPIs to extract insights and recommend actionable improvements for brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.* Maintain accurate contact databases to ensure effective communication and outreach.* Serve as department expert on marketing systems and programs; support testing and development to improve workflows.* Manage manufacturer marketing (co-op) programs, including compliance, accrual processes, and claims monitoring.* Coordinate billing processes for vendors and franchisees related to marketing services.**Competencies*** Strategic Planning - Ability to envision a desired future, and translate this vision into broadly defined goals or objectives and a sequence of steps to achieve them.* Data Collection and Analysis - The ability and skill to determine and analyze trends from data that is collected to assist in compiling reports that will help in decision-making including proficient use of aligned software (e.g., Tableau, etc)* Campaign Management - Ability to implement public relations, product development, and sales to create, execute, monitor, and measure marketing programs directed at specifically targeted audiences.* Collaboration- Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives* Communicates Effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.* Adaptability - Comfort with unanticipated changes of direction or approach.**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree* 5 years of related experience preferred**Skills*** Microsoft Office* Marketing Analytics* Digital Marketing Platforms* Marketing Project Management* Workflow Optimization* Data Interpretations* Actionable Insights* Marketing Programs* Compliance Requirements**Physical Demands/Working Conditions**
