Job Description About the Role:

We’re hiring a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to strengthen our internal sales engine. This role is ideal for someone with strong construction knowledge—whether you're a union electrical tradesperson, a project manager with sales instincts, or someone who’s sold directly to electricians and construction firms.

You’ll be selling strut, rod, and fasteners to project managers at major electrical and heavy construction companies. This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role focused on site visits, project forecasting, and real-time product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with project managers at top construction and electrical firms (not just purchasing departments)

Conduct site visits and headquarters meetings to identify upcoming project needs

Sell and advise on strut systems, rods, and fasteners with deep product knowledge

Respond to urgent, day-of purchasing needs with speed and precision

Represent the company with charisma, technical expertise, and industry credibility

Stay ahead of competitors like Graybar, Packer Fastener, and Van Meter
