opening doors, closing deals, and owning a market . This role is for someone who knows how to sell, build pipelines, and turn relationships into revenue.
You’ll dominate the
Houston market , selling staffing solutions across
Professional, Direct Hire, Full-Service, Warehousing, Production, Assembly, and Manufacturing . This is a
permanent, internal role
combining
B2B sales and recruiting , with real upside for top performers.
What You’ll Be Crushing
Prospect relentlessly through
cold calls, emails, texts, social selling, and face-to-face meetings
Build and own a
high-value sales pipeline
from first contact to signed agreement
Close new business and
expand existing accounts
to maximize revenue

digital staffing solutions
with confidence and urgency
Identify talent fast, interview effectively, and deliver the
right hire—every time
Establish yourself as a
trusted advisor , not just a vendor
Lead and mentor internal team members to raise the bar across the branch
Keep CRM data clean, accurate, and deal-ready
What It Takes to Win
2–5 years of B2B staffing or recruiting sales success
Proven ability to
hunt, close, and exceed quotas
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
High urgency, resilience, and competitive mindset
Excellent communication skills—no fear of the phone
Ability to juggle multiple deals without dropping the ball
Persistence and grit—you don’t quit when you hear "no"
