Job Description: Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant
Compensation:
$150,000 - $200,000
About the Role The Executive Assistant serves as a strategic, operational, and administrative extension of the Principal, supporting all facets of his professional and personal life. This role blends hands‑on communication across multiple properties, businesses and foundations, high‑level executive support, and operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a trusted right hand, capable of advancing strategic priorities, managing complex schedules, coordinating detailed private travel, and ensuring seamless execution of the Principal’s commitments.
The detail‑oriented, self‑directed, hands‑on, obsessively organized professional will play a vital role in organizing all aspects of the Principal’s life. The Executive Assistant must be a thoughtful communicator who can efficiently relay important details. The ideal candidate must be able to manage multiple projects, while prioritizing tasks and exercising sound judgment. The role requires a commitment to supporting “6 Star” service by ensuring uncompromising consistency and organization across a broad range of interests.
The Executive Assistant must have uncompromising flexibility for travel and be comfortable with a varied schedule, including weekend and evening work. The role will be primarily based in Los Angeles or New York City, with frequent on‑site responsibilities in East Hampton from May to September, and frequent travel.

Executive Support
Manage complex calendars, logistics, errands, and reservations
Support family, gifting, philanthropic commitments, and special events
Partner with family office staff on scheduling and operations
Maintain organized systems, devices, work areas, and daily readiness
Travel frequently and oversee the movement of luggage across properties
Business & Organizational Support
Liaise across businesses, nonprofits, and leadership teams
Track priorities, deadlines, and high‑impact projects
Prepare agendas, notes, follow‑ups, briefings, and correspondence
Manage confidential information with discretion Support strategic initiatives and vendor/partner relationships
Operations
Assist in creating and maintaining operating manuals and procedures
Help manage property budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules
Oversee organizational projects and inventories across all properties
Maintain media accounts and OneDrive systems
