Bilingual Personal Assistant ($120k-$130k)
Prestigious professional services firm in West LA is seeking an experienced
Personal Assistant
to support a senior executive with personal priorities and estate management needs. This role partners closely with another assistant and requires discretion, agility, and strong judgment in a fast-paced environment.
Qualified candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary estate manager and personal assistant to a busy senior executive
Manage household/vendor coordination across multiple residences
Oversee home logistics (repairs, inventories, budgets, renewals)
Communicate with home staff and vendors daily
Support family scheduling, travel, events, and day-to-day needs
Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones
Coordinate domestic/international travel (business & personal)
Provide personal support including appointments, errands, and gifting
Plan and execute private events and hosted gatherings
Draft and manage correspondence, presentations, and documents
Track action items, deadlines, expenses, and follow-ups
Assist with special projects as needed
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $120K–$130K + generous discretionary bonus

Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) required
Notary preferred (or willing to obtain shortly after start)
5+ years supporting a senior executive
Experience in estate management required
