Estimating and selling structural steel fabrication packages Working directly with preconstruction teams and Division 5 / structural steel contacts Buying and reselling joist and deck packages as part of turnkey scopes Building and maintaining relationships across Virginia, Southern Maryland, and North Carolina Partnering closely with ownership and an experienced sales/estimating team What They’re Looking For
Proven experience estimating and selling structural steel fabrication Existing relationships (or the ability to build them quickly) with Mid-Atlantic contractors Comfort owning both pricing strategy and client interaction 5+ years in sales/estimating (10+ years for senior-level candidates) Engineering or construction-related degree (preferred, not required) Team-oriented, process-minded, but capable of working independently Base salary in the low $100,000s Performance bonuses up to $40,000–$50,000 Additional discretionary year-end bonus Hybrid / flexible working arrangements (case-by-case)
