We are looking for a After Sales Specialist to expand our Quality Team in Europe.
Responsibility
Develop and improve claims policies and support European sales teams by training dealers and key customers on after-sales and technical topics. Handle dealer and customer inquiries and complaints related to tire quality, use, and installation. Conduct remote and on-site evaluations of tire issues and prepare technical assessment reports. Manage warranty claims, including inspections, document review, and coordination with headquarters and customers. Respond to urgent cases by performing site inspections, collecting evidence, and issuing investigation reports. Collect and report product quality data, market trends, and customer feedback to headquarters. Coordinate and monitor field testing of new or improved tire products. Develop regional training programs and help dealers strengthen their after-sales service teams and processes. Qualification
Academic Degree in engineering or in a field related to the position 3+ years of experience in a related position in the Tire Industry or Automotive Industry Familiar with technical report writing, technical report analysing and technical report presentation Knowledge of tire design, manufacturing, root cause analysis, with familiarity in European tire testing standards and road test requirements preferred. Familiar to work with cross-functional and international teams Ability to travel both domestically and internationally Fluent in English and native in a local language - Any other additional language is a plus What we offer
