GreenChem Industries, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service Representative
Europe to join our team. This role supports our European customer base and requires working 3:00 AM
12:00 PM EST to align with European business hours. The position is based in West Palm Beach, FL. Summary of Responsibilities:
Accurately process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures. Manage onboarding of new European customer accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for European customers via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional communication. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly; provide solutions and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details. Verify product availability, pricing, and provide logistical/shipping information. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, supply chain, logistics, and regulatory) to ensure successful and timely delivery of products. Prepare and manage required export documentation for international shipments. Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and applicable export requirements. Assist with freight coordination, including booking and tracking shipments (air and ocean as needed). Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and international trade regulations. Assist with Return Material Authorizations (RMA's), Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAR's). Handle confidential customer information with discretion. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up. Support administrative tasks and special projects as needed. Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent work experience (2+ years in customer service, order processing, or international logistics preferred). Experience with international shipping, export documentation, or supply chain operations is strongly preferred. Knowledge of export regulations and freight processes (air/ocean) is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems; NetSuite experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Experience working with European customers or time zones is a plus.
