
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive sales strategy, manage client relationships, and support account growth within the Los Angeles territory. This role involves building strong partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Present, sell, and close business aligned with client goals and pain points.
Build strategic roadmaps and identify key stakeholders.
Manage and grow existing accounts, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Conduct account reviews, utilization reporting, and strategic planning.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success.
Provide detailed sales forecasts and market insights to leadership.
Travel approximately 3 days per week within the territory.
Qualifications
3+ years of outside sales/account management experience.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven ability to build trust and identify growth opportunities.
Analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and trends.
