Drive a company van within an assigned route to service, support, and sell to an existing customer base. Conduct slab sales across quartz, natural stone, porcelain, and related materials. Maintain accurate and timely CRM data including call notes, customer updates, opportunities, and sales pipeline activity. Complete tower updates, merchandising refreshes, and display maintenance at customer locations. Maintain sample and tooling inventory within the van; ensure samples are well-organized, current, and replenished as needed. Conduct product demonstrations and provide guidance on fabrication tools, equipment, and stone handling best practices. Take and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. Identify, solicit, and cultivate new business opportunities, expanding engagement within existing accounts and opening new accounts. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to influence sales strategy. Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when appropriate. Respond to service calls and provide onsite support in a courteous and professional manner. Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen ongoing relationships. Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all Caesarstone materials, fabrication tools, and accessories. Demonstrate safe driving and handling practices at all times. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements

Two plus years of sales experience. Proven sales ability with a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding goals. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving abstract. Strong product learning agility and ability to communicate product knowledge effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management and organizational abilities. High level of integrity, accountability, and work ethic. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. Success Factors

Achievement of regional revenue and sales KPIs. Strong CRM accuracy and timely data entry. Demonstrated compliance with safety policies and operational standards. Consistent demonstration of Caesarstone Values & Behaviors. Physical Demands / Working Conditions

Frequent interaction with customers, fabricators, and the public. Prolonged periods of driving, including frequent stops and deliveries. Work performed both indoors and outdoors, sometimes in varying weather conditions. Manual dexterity required for computer use and handling tools/equipment. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform routine physical movements including sitting for extended driving periods, handling/gripping equipment, tools, steering wheel. Climbing in/out of the van and customer locations. Stooping or crouching when accessing tools or inventory.
