The Van Sales Representative is responsible for servicing an established customer route while driving sales growth across quartz, natural stone, porcelain, and related fabrication products. This role requires strong relationship‑building skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to proactively identify opportunities within fabrication shops and customer accounts. Driving a company van outfitted with tools, samples, and equipment, the Route Sales Representative will promote and sell Caesarstone products, execute slab and accessory sales, maintain sample inventory, manage CRM updates, and support tower/sample merchandising within assigned territories. This position requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, proven sales ability, and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will reside in Melbourne, FL and drive to our Orlando Distribution Center weekly or bi‑weekly to pick up materials needed for their route.
Key Responsibilities
Drive a company van within an assigned route to service, support, and sell to an existing customer base.
Conduct slab sales across quartz, natural stone, porcelain, and related materials.
Maintain accurate and timely CRM data including call notes, customer updates, opportunities, and sales pipeline activity.
Complete tower updates, merchandising refreshes, and display maintenance at customer locations.
Maintain sample and tooling inventory within the van; ensure samples are well‑organized, current, and replenished as needed.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide guidance on fabrication tools, equipment, and stone handling best practices.
Take and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow‑up.
Identify, solicit, and cultivate new business opportunities, expanding engagement within existing accounts and opening new accounts.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to influence sales strategy.
Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and elevate when appropriate.
Respond to service calls and provide onsite support in a courteous and professional manner.
Conduct post‑sale follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen ongoing relationships.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all Caesarstone materials, fabrication tools, and accessories.
Demonstrate safe driving and handling practices at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
Two plus years of sales experience.
Proven sales ability with a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving abstract.
Strong product learning agility and ability to communicate product knowledge effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
High level of integrity, accountability, and work ethic.
Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.

Manual dexterity required for computer use and handling tools/equipment.
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform routine physical movements including:
Sitting for extended driving periods
Handling/gripping equipment, tools, steering wheel
Climbing in/out of the van and customer locations
Stooping or crouching when accessing tools or inventory
Projected hiring salary range is between $42K-55K
