Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Mentor and develop finance team members
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)

8+ years of finance experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role

Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and operational metrics
