Location: Onsite Greater Hartford, CT area
Compensation: $100,000–$140,000 + bonus + strong benefits

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
- Lead and scale all financial operations, including month-end close, budgeting, billing, grants, and fund accounting
- Directly manage a team of five: project manager, senior accountant, AP, billing, and grants manager
- Own financial oversight during new billing system integration and ongoing process improvements
- Drive grant compliance, allocation strategy, and reporting accuracy
EXPERIENCE FOR THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
- Proven nonprofit fund and grant accounting experience (healthcare or FQHC highly preferred)
- BS, Accounting/Finance or related
