WHAT YOU’LL DO AS DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
- Lead the month-end and year-end close
- Oversee general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting functions
- Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting support team
- Prepare financial statements and reporting for leadership and Board review
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Partner cross-functionally with billing and payroll to streamline processes
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and special projects alongside executive leadership
- Federal and State grant reporting, compliance, and allocations
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE ROLE
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience (nonprofit experience highly preferred)
