WHAT YOU’LL DO AS DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

• Lead the month-end and year-end close
• Oversee general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting functions
• Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting support team
• Prepare financial statements and reporting for leadership and Board review
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Partner cross-functionally with billing and payroll to streamline processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and special projects alongside executive leadership
• Federal and State grant reporting, compliance, and allocations

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE ROLE

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience (nonprofit experience highly preferred)
