Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with common tax forms (W-2, 1099, 1040setc.)
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous tax preparation experience a plus
- Bilingual skills a plus (Spanish preferred)
- IRS certification is a plus
