What You’ll Do Respond to customer inquiries, prepare accurate quotes, and follow up to close sales. Handle purchasing activities — place orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers. Build lasting relationships with customers and help identify new opportunities. Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of inside sales or customer service experience (industrial or automation industry preferred). Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (sales and invoicing). Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Positive attitude, team player, and strong attention to detail. Key Performance Indicators Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Deliver 98%+ order accuracy with minimal errors. Achieve high customer retention and satisfaction levels. Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range:
