As a Sr. Sales Effectiveness Analyst, you will help AMER GTM team members and Sales counterparts to generate performance reports, forecast upload, analyze data, support financial monthly forecast updates on volume and sales budget on a day-to-day basis. Moreover, you will work on helping the team to improve business reporting and operations by generating automated reporting, data analysis, supporting internal tools, building data templates, collecting system requirements, working on data discrepancy investigations, and various problem‑solving tasks. Responsibilities

Support and run our weekly forecasting process for the Pixel and wearable business, including tracking the status of key sales activities and promotions, NPI, and run‑rate business trends that may influence our outlook, and reflecting the trend into the weekly sell‑out forecast. Work with the sales team as needed to track the latest promo plan in the promo calendar, monitor performance from promotional activities, and actualize the run‑rate and required budget spend. Support compliance management for RIB governance, finance V reconciliation, data and performance tracking (sales volume and budget spend), and reporting. Ensure and develop ongoing reporting to keep baseline data – customer/channel mappings, pricing, and distribution mapping – clean so our business can operate successfully. Regularly run key reports for the team, ensuring data accuracy and uncovering key insights to share. Track key performance metrics (forecast, budget planning, budget spend) across the team. Perform large‑scale data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities. Provide ad‑hoc reporting and analyses efficiently and accurately. Support the team in generating various data cuts and templates based on business reporting needs. Drive efficiencies by automating processes, tools, and building new reporting views and automated dashboards via Tableau. Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience as a Sales or Business Analyst. Experience forecasting hardware, ideally including deal‑based businesses and using Anaplan. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a high‑paced, dynamic environment. Existing relationships within Regional or District Carrier HQ and fluid at navigating Markets/HQ dynamics (preferred). Distinctive problem‑solving and structuring skills, with the ability to synthesize data into useful formats and bring actionable insights through effective communication. Exceptional and proven follow‑up/forward, with extreme attention to detail. Strong business, analytical, reporting, data manipulation, dashboard creation, and business intelligence skills. Team player who thrives in a cross‑functional collaborative environment. Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills. Natural ability to build strong relationships, maintain a positive attitude, and be self‑motivated. Fluency in data management and manipulation in Anaplan, Tableau, and Salesforce. Self‑starter, independently motivated, with a good sense of when to ask for help. Thrives in a dynamic team environment. Experience in the consumer goods industry is strongly preferred. Fluency with Tableau, Excel, GSuite, Google Analytics, SQL, Dremel (Google BigQuery), and Plex tables (desired). Education
