Are you a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance professional based in Texas with a passion for sales? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic call center sales team. We are seeking individuals with a proven track record in sales, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in an independent work environment.
Position Highlights
License Requirement:
Candidates must hold a valid Property and Casualty Insurance license in both CA and TX.
License must be valid for the state of CA
Qualified candidates will reside in one of the following States:
Arizona, Florida, Texas, or Tennessee
Monthly Bonus Potential up to an additional $1500 per month.
Sign on Bonus $2k:
90 days $ 500
6 month $500
1 yr = $1,000
Work Environment This is a remote work position, providing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Training and Equipment Full training and the necessary equipment will be provided to ensure you have the tools for success in this role.
Background Check Candidates must be able to pass a fingerprint background check in the state of California with the Department of Insurance.
Key Qualifications
Valid Property and Casualty insurance license.
Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities
Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
Educate clients on insurance options and tailor solutions to their needs.
Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
