Responsibilities
- Experience in staff supervision, scheduling, and performance evaluation is required, along with a working knowledge of budget planning, equipment management, and program assessment.
Qualifications
- A nationally recognized group exercise certification is required, and a current Les Mills certification is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required.
- A commitment to the YMCA's mission and values is vital.
