POSITION JOB DESCRIPTION: Day Porter/Custodian $14hr Essential Job Functions & Expectations
Day Porter Duties: Perform Major Cleaning Tasks Such As Vacuuming. (using a 25lb. vacuum daily) Wet Mopping. Sweeping. Dusting. Emptying Trash. (lifting wastepaper and debris-minimum of 55 lbs.) Cleaning and Disinfecting Drinking Fountains. Clean Restrooms, including Floors and all Fixtures (i.e.: Urinals, Toilets, Sinks, Mirrors, Partitions, and Counters). Ensure Restrooms are Clean and Disinfected. Wash Windows and Sill (Door Glass). Filling Dispensers. Stocking Supplies in restrooms. Must be able to Walk Up and Downstairs frequently, as well as Regular Bending and Standing as needed in a daily shift. Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D. Ability to Perform Essential Functions. Valid driver’s license Effective Interpersonal/Communication skills. Effective Grooming Skills. Ability to lift 55 pounds to shoulder height occasionally. Ability to push/ pull a minimum of 20 pounds frequently. Able to Operate Email and Computer.
