JOB SUMMARY
Support the execution of Oceania Cruises' advertising and partnership marketing programs. This role leads day-to-day coordination of advertising and partnership marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and demand generation. Working closely with the Manager, Advertising & Partnerships, this role ensures all advertising and partnership activations are optimized for performance, creative alignment, and return on investment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Supports execution of partnership marketing programs, including media collaborations, content integrations, and co-branded promotions that align with Oceania Cruise's target audience. Assists in the management of agency relationships and vendor partners supporting advertising and partnership programs. Manages creative asset development and delivery for advertising and partnerships, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and brand compliance across all channels. Tracks and reports campaign performance metrics, summarizing insights and optimization recommendations. Assists with presentations and status reports to communicate campaign progress and results to internal stakeholders. Partners cross-functionally with Brand/Product Strategy, Creative Services, Digital Marketing, Analytics, and Print Production teams to ensure alignment on creative production, messaging, and execution. Perform other job-related functions as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE:

FIELD(S) OF STUDY:
Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years of experience in media planning, advertising, or partnership marketing within a corporate marketing department or agency. Experience with TV, print, audio, and out-of-home media required. COMPETENCIES/SKILLS
Requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities. The role involves frequent collaboration with internal stakeholders across creative, analytics, and marketing operations functions. Strong understanding of traditional advertising principles and campaign planning processes Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines with precision. Experience with budget tracking, invoicing, and vendor management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate insights into clear recommendations. Proficiency with media tools and performance reporting.
