JOB SUMMARY

Support the strategic planning and execution of advertising and partnership marketing programs for Oceania Cruises. This role manages campaign implementation across traditional paid media channels and leads day-to-day coordination of partnership marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and demand generation. Working closely with the Senior Director, this role ensures all advertising and partnership activations are optimized for performance, creative alignment, and return on investment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manages agency relationships and vendor partners supporting advertising and partnership programs.
  • Partner with the Senior Director to plan and execute advertising campaigns across traditional media channels including TV, print, audio, and out-of-home.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to manage media planning, buying, trafficking, and reporting for traditional advertising campaigns, particularly linear TV, magazine, and newspaper.
  • Support execution of partnership marketing programs, including media collaborations, content integrations, and co-branded promotions that align with Oceania Cruise's target audience.
  • Coordinate creative asset development and delivery for advertising and partnerships, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and brand compliance across all channels.
  • Track and report campaign performance metrics, summarizing insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Assist with budget management, including review of authorizations, invoices, and reconciliations to ensure fiscal discipline.
  • Develop presentations and status reports to communicate campaign progress and results to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the traditional media landscape and partnership opportunities, providing recommendations for testing and innovation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand/Product Strategy, Creative Services, Digital Marketing, Analytics, and Print Production teams to ensure alignment on timing, messaging, and execution.
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field

EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in traditional media planning, advertising, or partnership marketing within a corporate marketing department or agency. Experience with TV, print, audio, digital and out-of-home media required.
COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
  • Requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.
  • The role involves frequent collaboration with internal stakeholders across creative, analytics, and marketing operations functions.
  • Strong understanding of traditional advertising principles and campaign planning processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines with precision.
  • Experience with budget tracking, invoicing, and vendor management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Proficiency with media tools and performance reporting.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo on traditional advertising channels, notably print and TV.
  • Collaborative and proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills.
