Job Description
Support the planning and execution of internal firm‑wide events, client events, conferences, and roadshows from conception through completion
Establish, collect, and report event metrics for review
Assist with brand marketing initiatives across printed materials, branded items, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including event photography and video content
Manage event‑related data, including attendee lists, bios, and reporting (Excel‑based)
Provide CRM support, including event tagging, invitations, and mailing lists
Conduct research on venues, vendors, speakers, and branding opportunities
Review, process, and track invoices related to events
Process and track expense reports
Support directors and senior leadership in coordinating client events and conferences
Requirements / Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage projects across varying timelines
Comfort interfacing with senior internal stakeholders and external partners
Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a strong sense of accountability
Ability to take ownership of tasks with a “no job too big or too small” attitude
Proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills
Prior experience using CRM systems
Familiarity with design platforms such as Adobe and Canva
Familiarity with event platforms such as GlobalMeet and Cvent
Willingness to work outside standard business hours and travel for events as needed
2+ years of experience in financial services; event‑related experience preferred but not required
