Parts Counter-person

to join our team. The Leman Automotive Group is one of the largest volume automotive groups in Central Illinois. Responsibilities

Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish

Assist customers and service technicians at the parts counter

Work with the Parts Manager to locate parts not currently in stock

Complete special-order parts requests accurately and efficiently

Communicate order status and availability to customers and internal staff

Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Understand and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous auto parts experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and professional appearance
