DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs all assigned tasks in a professional manner to reflect the highest integrity of the Company.
Performs routine cleaning of office areas, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways and other areas in a clean, neat and sanitary condition.
Mops, sweeps, scrubs and strips floors and other surfaces; applies floor sealers and finishes; vacuums and shampoos.
Cleans and dusts furniture, fixtures, windows, doors, trim and related furnishings; moves furniture and supplies as needed.
Washes and cleans light fixtures.
Empties waste paper baskets; collects and disposes of paper and debris as directed; handles trash and removes it to appropriate containers.
Reports safety hazards as observed.
Replenishes rest rooms; cleans, disinfects and services lavatories, locker rooms and rest rooms; maintains daily cleaning of all fixtures.
Maintains quality standards while performing duties.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Observes safety precautions at all times.
Performs related work as directed.
Cleaning carts and custodial closets are to be managed to keep hallways clear of debris and tools.
Responsible for minor repairs and installation of dispensers; delivery of supplies.
Event setup and breakdown on campus.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
