
Construction Superintendent Residential

Overview
Our client is seeking a
Residential Superintendent
to support its Single Family division in the greater Indianapolis area. Although the internal title may vary, this role functions as a superintendent-level position responsible for jobsite execution, quality control, and scheduling across residential construction projects.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily jobsite operations for single-family residential projects
Manage quality control and ensure work is completed to company standards
Coordinate subcontractors and manage trade schedules
Supervise and manage hourly labor as required
Monitor project progress and proactively address jobsite issues
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for assigned projects
Requirements
Prior experience in residential construction supervision or field leadership
Experience working with subcontractors or specialty contractors preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple trades and schedules effectively
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required
College degree is a plus
